Beverly Ann Hall

Beverly Ann Hall aged 73 of Ionia, passed away October 6, 2008. She was born November 15, 1934, in Lansing Michigan, the daughter of Earl and Bertha ( Roberts) Marquette.

Beverly graduated from Ionia High school in 1952. She married Elwin Hall September 26, 1953 in Ionia. She was an active member of Zion United Methodist Church. Beverly started Prayer Line and provided funeral dinners for 50 years for the church, and she also started the soup kitchen and helped at the Christian Service Center She was a member of UMW. She was a 4-H leader where she taught and judged knitting. Beverly was a Gray Lady at Ionia Hospital.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Elwin Hall of Ionia; sons Randy and Sue Hall of Lowell, and Riste and Sandy Hall of Virginia; daughter Renne and Dan Diaz of Kalamazoo; grandchildren Heather Fell and Ron Stacey of Ionia, Aaron and Rachel Hall of Caledonia, Morgan Hall of California, Jodi Diaz of Marquette, Anthony Diaz of Kalamazoo, Grace Diaz of Kalamazoo; great grandchildren Hunter, Jenna, Cameron, Stacey, and Josiah Hall and Uncle Jerry and Aunt Celia Selleck of Ionia

She was preceded in death her parents, and her Aunt Geneva Rizzi.

Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 A.M. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with Pastor Cliff Allen officiating. Interment Easton Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday 4:00-7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers you may make contributions to the Zion Church Building Fund.
