Gerald R. (Jerry) Kushner
Gerald R. (Jerry) Kushner aged 71 of Pewamo, formerly of Dearborn passed away September 9, 2008. He was born December 31, 1936 in Detroit the son of Michael and Marie (Zonca) Kushner.
He married Virginia Johnson December 29, 1967. Jerry attended Fordson Highschool in Dearborn.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Virginia of Pewamo. Sons David Kushner of Okemos, Dan and Sakah Kushner of Grand Rapids. Daughters Alyse and Michael Sandborn of East Lansing, Leanne and Jeff Anderson of Atlanta, GA. Brother Michael Kushner of North Hollywood, CA. Sister Lenore Krol of Detroit. 5 grandchildren Ethan, Lara and Elin Sandborn, Matthew Kushner and Ava Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert.
Funeral Mass will be held Saturday 10:30 A.M. at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Pewamo with Father Charlon Mason celebrant. Visitation will be at St. Mary’s Chapel in Westphalia on Friday from 7-9P.M. where there will be a scriptural wake service at 8:00 P.M. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to Right to Life of Michigan or Sparrow Hospice. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Muir.
