Michael Blaine Grieves
Michael Blaine Grieves aged 35 of Saranac, passed away June 24, 2008. He was born July 22, 1972 in Ionia, the son of Gregory Grieves and Dianne (Mick) Gentry.
He graduated from Saranac High School in 1991. Michael worked with his dad for 8-10 years as a foreman for Saranac Tank.
He is survived by his father Gregory and Vicki Grieves of Saranac and mother Dianne Gentry; of Belding; daughter Veronica Grieves and son Phillip Grieves both at home; grandfather Lewis Mick of Clarksville, and grandmother Esther Lumsden of Grand Rapids; brother Nick Grieves of Ionia; sisters Christy Craig of Clarksville, Lisa and Louis Angel of Belding, Tammy Shafer of Ionia, Krissy and Chuck Theisen of Upper Penn.
Michael is preceded in death by one daughter Kylie.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday at Saranac Community Church with Pastor Tim Bateman officiating. Interment South Boston Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday 2-4 and 7-8:30 P.M at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. In lieu of flowers you may make contributions to Michael’s children.
